  • Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery and report damage within 24 hours.

7. Installation & Service

  • Installation services (if applicable) will be scheduled based on availability.
  • Installation charges, if any, will be communicated prior to service.
  • Regular maintenance is the customer's responsibility unless covered under AMC.

8. Warranty Policy

  • Products are covered under manufacturer warranty as applicable.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Customers must retain the invoice for warranty claims.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the product.
